By signing up for our newsletter, you get free shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs €5.90 within Germany and €11.90 within the EU.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number of your package via email and can track your order.

RETURNS

Can I return jewelry?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition, including the packaging. Personalized or custom-made jewelry items are excluded from returns.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Please note that we are currently unable to offer free returns. This means that you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Please keep your shipping receipt safe until we confirm the receipt of your return.

When and how will I receive my refund?

After inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 business days.

How should I properly care for and clean my jewelry?

Storage
When you're not wearing your jewelry, it's best to store it in a jewelry box to protect it from moisture.
Avoid Tarnishing
To prevent tarnishing, try to avoid contact with creams and perfumes.
Removing Tarnish
Gently rub the jewelry with a soft toothbrush and some dish soap, then place it in warm water for a few minutes. For pieces without gemstones, the water can be hot. Afterward, go over all areas with the toothbrush again and rinse it with clean water. Repeat the process until your jewelry shines. Dry thoroughly.

How is the jewelry packaged?

Your piece will arrive in a high-quality, sturdy jewellery box made of kraft paper with a magnetic closure. Our packaging is vegan and reusable – perfect as a jewellery case at home or a safe storage option while travelling.
