If you would like to order from another country, please send an email to support@verdelia.de.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package at any time.
Returns You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The items must be unworn and in their original condition, including packaging. If you would like to return items, simply send us an email at support@verdelia.de. We will get back to you. Please note that we currently cannot offer free returns. Therefore, the cost of returning the items will be at your expense. Please keep your shipping receipt until we confirm the receipt of your return.
Refund After reviewing the returned items, we will refund the respective purchase amount within 14 working days to the payment method used during purchase.
